A descending moon amply mirrored back
Sabrina's somber reflection
her expression
pensive in meditation
as she in her bedroom pillowed window seat
comfortably sat
encased in a floral terry robe
with coffee in hand and iPhone handy
always ready to scroll,
although temporarily focused on Hosea's prophecy around the world scheduled to study. This week to congregationally unfold.
Yes, a bit kindred she connected with Jah's words
through Hosea to his rebellious ancient people in Israel
in anger, irritation, or frustration spat:
"What should I do with you, Eʹphra·im?
What should I do with you, Judah?
For your loyal love is like the morning clouds,
Like the dew that quickly vanishes." Hosea 6:4, quoted.
Forgot, they did what the nation formerly vowed.
What the Creator through Moses had duly noted
after explaining to them their choices
in the affirmative voted:
"“Now this commandment that I am commanding you today is not too difficult for you, nor is it beyond your reach.
It is not in the heavens, so that you have to say, ‘Who will ascend to the heavens and get it for us, so that we may hear it and observe it?’
Nor is it on the other side of the sea, so that you have to say, ‘Who will cross over to the other side of the sea and get it for us, so that we may hear it and observe it?’
For the word is very near you,
in your own mouth and in your own heart,
so that you may do it.
“See, I do put before you today life and good,
and death and bad.
If you listen to the commandments of Jehovah your God that I am commanding you today, by loving Jehovah your God,
by walking in his ways,
and by keeping his commandments and his statutes and his judicial decisions,
then you will live and multiply,
and Jehovah your God will bless you in the land you are going to possess."
"I take the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you today that I have put life and death before you, the blessing and the curse;
and you must choose life
so that you may live,
you and your descendants,
by loving Jehovah your God,
by listening to his voice,
and by sticking to him,
for he is your life
and by him you will endure a long time in the land that Jehovah swore to give to your forefathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.”" Deut. 30:11-16, 19, 20.
As God does not change
his servants today again stand
with the same opportunity extended
on the crest of a land to be renewed
forever grand
on this earth, The Living Planet
gifted to man.*

A loving relationship with the Creator gained
maintained,
eternal to remain
if obedience and devotion to Jah
is strenuously
willingly
retained.
"Practicing sin is an indication of a lack of loyal love for God. No amount of spiritual sacrifices can compensate for this deficiency."
Spiritually stained. Detrimental.
This is where Sabrina relates.Though not because she thinks Wayne is involved with practices wicked
causing him to lapse in theocratic efficiency.
She just worries about she and Wayne's
relationship road and if it will reach a tragic end
due to treacherous winds
of imperfect desires and/or peer pressure
which wantonly spin or twist weak sails
during tremendous gales of bad associations
involving revelries or orgies
joyfully regaled
bending until a point breaks
where no more salvation
will graciously
prevail
as The Master
then will no longer expend
holy spirit for his servants
Good News to internationally send.
No precious life
for disobedient ones
to furthermore
extend.
As the end draws near.
As mankind
his rulership
distains.
Since,
"All of a man’s ways seem right to him,
But Jehovah examines the hearts.
To do what is right and just
Is more pleasing to Jehovah than a sacrifice.
Haughty eyes and an arrogant heart
—The lamp that guides the wicked
is sin." Proverbs 21:2-4.
These,
the world cherish.
Meekness
a commodity
expendable.
Much money desired
to greedily spend.
But verse 27 says:
"The sacrifice of the wicked is detestable.
How much more when he offers it with evil intent!*"
Or “along with shameful conduct!”
Glorious to lustful men.
On these thoughts Sabrina mused.
Especially since emotionally confused
for her phone she regularly perused. Chancing
upon an article demonstrating
the sad ignorance of youth:

to Jehovah and his Kingdom with Christ as King
dedicatedly
whole-souled.
She placed her forehead on her cool window pane
as her insides withered due to constant strain
as her brain throbs
causes her mental pain. A tap on the door.
"Sabrina, may I come in?"
Her mom, Kim,
once not freely allowed to enter
now happily
Sabrina exclaims:
"Come on in, mom!"
"Querida, I really need to talk to you," Kim hurriedly proclaims
after poking her head around an opening door.
"We have a situation

I well know, O Jehovah, that man’s way does not belong to him. It does not belong to man who is walking even to direct his step.—Jer. 10:23.
From the Bible we learn that humans are not created with the right of self-determination, to be independent of God, and that ignoring this fundamental truth will have sad consequences. This is critically important to our welfare. Only by recognizing God’s authority can we enjoy peace and harmony. How loving of Jehovah that he chooses to reveal this important truth! A loving father is deeply concerned about the future of his children, wanting them to have a real and meaningful purpose in life. Regrettably, most people are in the dark about the future, or they spend their life pursuing goals that bring no lasting benefits. (Ps. 90:10) As God’s children, we feel truly loved because Jehovah has promised us a wonderful future. That gives genuine meaning and purpose to our life. w15 9/15 4:10, 11
