Blessings
Imagine yourself simply strolling down a hill
when suddenly you hear something instilling fear
you pick up your pace, to the side decide to leap
when you feel a rush of love overtake you
a spectacular wave sweeps you up and carries you
body surfing on joyful tears.
Blessings like these promised to overtake you
"because you keep listening to" my voice,
pledges Our Creator
if we begin
then continue
to maintain a faithful Christlike course.
Imagine living in security, "everyone under his own vine and under his own fig tree," as in "all the days of Solʹo·mon." Under an even wiser SpiritKing:
"Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace." Isa. 9:6.
Only through him, Jah vows permanent calm and tranquility.
Existing forever in a life of mental ease.
Since unselfish care for others
will make Jah's heart rejoice.
Commanded: "You must love your fellow as yourself.” Leviticus 19:18. So hatred is no given choice.
“As long as we have time favorable for it, let us work what is good toward all,
but especially toward those related to us in the faith.” Galatians 6:10. The apostle Paul under inspiration urges us to do.
Following this admonition will align us to receive 'peace and security' to soon catch and overtake us in gracious happifying haste in a race to enter through a gate 'narrow and cramped' now. Matt. 7:14.
But an abundance is at stake:
"You open your hand and satisfy the desire of every living thing." Psalm 145:16. To righteous humanity's wants and wishes
The Almighty in great pleasure
will to them generously bring:
"In his days the righteous will flourish,
And peace will abound until the moon is no more." Psalm 72:7.
For "He is bringing an end to wars throughout the earth.
He breaks the bow and shatters the spear;
He burns the military wagons with fire." Psalm 46:9.
Total disarmament universal as "He(Jehovah) will render judgment among many peoples and set matters straight respecting mighty nations far away.
They will beat their swords into plowshares
And their spears into pruning shears.
Nation will not lift up sword against nation,
Nor will they learn war anymore." Micah 4:3.
As "No more will violence be heard in your land
Or destruction and ruin within your boundaries.
And you will call your walls Salvation and your gates Praise." Isa. 60:19. This accomplished for always
since: "They will not cause any harm
Or any ruin in all my holy mountain,
Because the earth will certainly be filled with the knowledge of Jehovah as the waters cover the sea." Isa. 11:9.
Only through Jehovah by means of Christ
will true 'Peace and Security' eternal prove to be:
“‘Our Father in the heavens, let your name be sanctified.
Let your Kingdom come.
Let your will take place, as in heaven,
also on earth." Matt. 6:9, 10.
Isn't it worth your time and effort to
Seek God's Kingdom First?
“Keep on, then, seeking first the Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these other things will be added to you. So never be anxious about the next day, for the next day will have its own anxieties. Each day has enough of its own troubles." Matt. 6:33.
